Note:
  1. Consumption Tax is excluded.
  2. For Holiday-use, the additional 25% of above will be charged.
  3. For plural facilities use in a day, the total amount will be charged w/o discount.
  4. 12:00～13:00 is a lunch break
  5. For EUT of which G. Wt. excesses 300kg, the additional JPY10,000 per 100Kg (over 300Kg) will be charged.

  3. For the standards not listed in above, we would quote upon request.
  4. Any appointment for Test date by customer is not available. Please estimate the time to complete the testing to be within 7 days.
  5. Entrusted Testing for Emission is only available for digital technology application apparatus.

Note:
  1. Consumption Tax is excluded
  2. The above rates are for 1 model in 1mode. For plural modes testing on the same model, 75% of Basic rate per additional mode will be charged. For 2 hours Flicker Plt testing, JPY20,000 per 1 test will additionally be charged.
  3. It might be the case that we can't implement Entrusted testing for EUT of too-heavy weight or too-complicated operation, please consider applying Witnessed testing instead.
  4. Entrusted testing is limited for single-phase AC equipment with input current less than 16A.

  1. Consumption Tax is excluded
  2. Applicable standards for Harmonics, Voltage Fluctuation and Flicker are the different one from that of Field Strength/Terminal Voltage, of which test reports will be charged separately.
  3. "Endorsed Test Report" means the report JEL can issue with printed logos/emblems of official accreditation organizations on the cover page for the test completed within the range of accredited scope.
  4. For reissuing of test report due to customer's reason, will be charged.

Note:
  1. Cancellation charges are to be calculated with the formula as below:
    [Total days of cancellation] x [Basic rate] x [the rate for cancellation charge]
  2. In the above calculation, "days" means working days and not includes holidays.
  3. Changes of the reservation date are regarded as Cancellation.
