Ordering for EMC Service / Application Forms (EMC)
- Please download an applicable form from the following list and fill in necessary information.
In addition to the currently used Application Form for EMC testing, EMC Test Plan is also necessary to be filled in. JEL implement EMC testing following the contents of EMC Test Plan, therefore please provide us with necessary information on this form as much as possible and submit to us together with usual Application Form.
*We accept submission of EMC Test Plan on the day before actual testing, for which please inform JEL Reservation Desk as such when applying the test.
- Please be sure to check "Applicable Standard" and "Test Items" on the Application Form for EMC testing, otherwise it might be the case for actual testing could not be executed for lack of the necessary information.
