JEL arranges only an initial arrangement at tie-up laboratory. (Arrangement and quick check for procedure) Actual product sampling test, ordering for test report, and arrangement for shipment of test sample are to be cared by a customer. Customers may carry out the tests after the next time by local factory leadership in a similar procedure.
Handy for such customers as below
A customer of which both main office side (Japan) and local side know EMC regulations well, but troubled only about the choice of a reliable EMC test laboratory.

As noted above, JEL merely make reservation at tie-up laboratory. For other procedures, customer needs to arrange from testing to issuing test report by customer's leadership. Basically, local factory communicates with JEL tie-up test laboratory directly without JEL intervening.
